Can’t quite believe we are already in May…

Sun is shining today which means the Split will be coming out of hiding later. It’s been a long winter!!!

Jessie the early bay that has had major restoration has finally left the workshop on her way up to Northumberland. Jessie has been with us a long time due a very heavy restoration needed but was also away at the trimmers and interior company for longer than we would have hoped. Jessie looked amazing when finished and it was a pleasure working with her owners.                      

Even we forgot how they were when they come into the workshop. At the end of every restoration we present the owners with an album showing pictures of the vans journey throughout the restoration. Jessie looks great back in her original colour of Sierra yellow.

Other workshop projects are taking shape. The 23 window Samba has gone to Bromsgrove auto trimmers before going onto All Things Timber. This van is going to look amazing completed.

The Porsche is painted and just having bumpers and trim sorted before returning to the customer who will complete build.

Then its Bay City, we have Sybil and Phyllis, Black Jack, Verne, Lucy and Gus all at various stages of Restoration…
